Pcs1 scam artists

I have been trying to downgrade my service from 8 lines to two lines for the past two months.
I am still getting billed for all 8 lines even though I clearly explained on numerous occasions that I wanted to downgrade.
Their whole scam is that they keep calling you back making as if they don't understand your request and therefore one month goes by, two months etc. And you end up paying for way more than you should.
The customer service people there are either the dumbest people on earth or great scam artists.
Do not use this company. Pay a little more and go with a reputable company like xx&x or Vxxxxx.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
