TERRIBLE customer service, gave me the run around for 9 months on a television that shoudl have been replaced 6 month searlier. Details are too much to write. Finally replaced with new television after twisting their arm. Nevertheless. I will not BUY again! Prior to that incident I was a loyal SAMSUNG customer too.
