Is a sham

Here's the situation.
I ordered a camera from an auction site which took 2 weeks just to get here. They advertise free shipping, but they don't tell you the item is only insured up to $100 so they hard sell their shipping insurance of $39. I bought it.

I received the camera finally after over two weeks of waiting. I had been told 3 different times while I was waiting for it to show up that it would ship the "next" day, always the next" day. It finally shipped a week later. When I got it, it was broken. I called them and they said ship it back and they would send out a new one.'d already waited over two weeks to get it, so I asked why I couldn't just use the shipping insurance I paid for. They indicated I could, BUT that would probably drag out 6 weeks to get it taken care of. I ended up getting it fixed locally rather than go another 3 weeks to get the camera I had already paid over $800 dollars for back again.

I received a call from "Mark" within minutes of leaving "negative feedback" asking me to withdraw it and promising if I would that I would receive a free 5yr warranty on the item, an extra battery, and a refund of my $39 shipping insurance. But ONLY AFTER he had received confirmation that I had withdrawn the feedback. Also, "Mark" was nice enough to coach me EXACTLY what to say on the negative feedback retraction. Isn't that nice? Look at the past retractions. Don't they seem awfully similar?

I just received the warranty yesterday in the mail. It was through some 3rd party company with which I can't even register it on their website so it's essentially useless to me. It's one Sunshine sells for over $100 if your foolish enough to bite. But since you can't register the warranty on the company's website, then you can't use it! Another jewel.

I never received the other promised items.

Come to find out after further checking, this seems to be their standard operating procedures.
