TOTAL RIP-OFF of my daughter's wedding video Dallas

THis guy completely ripped us off at my daughter's wedding in November. I cano not believe that I just found him still onthe internet.

I first contacted him regarding doing a video for my daughter's wedding and his e-mails were less than professional and the red flags should have been going off all over the place. However I made the mistake of paying him and then his e-mails got very nasty. I have saved them all and now that I have located him on the internet think I will pursue formal charges.

He did manage to send a videographer to the wedding and this gentleman had NEVER worked for him before. Just showed up with a camera. He taped the wedding and then 11 weeks later we still have no video. After multiple e-mails with reports of "equipment failure" lots of other videos to do befor ours etc... And finally with my husband getting involved Mr Hayden blocks all incoming e-mails from us and gives us NOTHING!!!

By luck, I got a card from the guy doing the video at the wedding because I just really felt like I had been ripped-off to start with. I called the gentleman that actually did the video and he said he had trouble getting in contact with Mr Hayden as well and had not been paid for his work. So in order to get any type of video we had to pay him an additional $250.00 which should have been what Mr Hayden paid him. I had origanlly paid $450.00 for the video to Mr Hayden.

This was a horrible experience with even worse results. Everyone should be aware of this scam!!!
