Sears will not replace lemon

We've a Kenmore Elite 3-door refrig bought in the Great Inside. It's been maintained five times. 3 occasions for that same reason. Circuit panel stops working. We loose the cooling in both fridge and frig component. We've dropped food three times. We've been seeking an upgraded with no one within the whole Sears business has got the expert to complete something except reveal we bought the incorrect type of warranty. They may simply proceed to correct it because it remains to interrupt. We shall never buy one more thing from Sears. I've been hung-up on, handed on to the areas and again and obtain no-where. It's my purpose to inform everybody concerning the bad customer support and rejection to remain behind their goods. When I can easily see from additional grievances we're not the only real people which have had severe difficulties with them.
