Receivables Performance Management "RPM"
Would not accept mailed check and lost account numbers twice

Called to make payment, gave account numbers and was given an confirmation number. Called back by the company a week later and was told that I had not made a payment, gave account numbers again and was given another confirmation number. Company called back another week later saying that I had made no payment and that my routing and account number was wrong. I was told that I could not mail in a check that the payment had to be made by phone and the paper work says that you may make checks payable to Receivable Performance Management. The rep that I spoke with was very rude about the situation.
