Receivables Performance Management
Charged $721 Full Balance Despite Agreement to Pay $15 Monthly

Business & Finance

I got a call from RPM from a rep named Jessie. I made an agreement with him to pay $15.00 a month on my account. The first payment was to be on 3-31-07. We both agreed to this arrangement. On 3-27-07 my account was charged $721.00 the total amount due on my account. This sent me into an overdraft situation I may never recover from. Left me absolutely penniless since I had a house payment already set up to pay.

I called them back on 4-2 and spoke to a girl named Andrea she told me it was in the notes to pull the records on 3-28. I told her that since this was unauthorized they should be responsible for my bank charges now @ $198.00 due to OD charges. She told me that this Jessie had done this Agree to pay in full on several occasions before. I have probably talked to every person in that office this week ALL VERY RUDE and hateful.

To make a very stressful story a little bit shorter. I am a single mom with bills to pay and a home to keep up. I feel like this company needs to be put thru the ringer.
