Poor quality warranty repair!

Television was taken up to e-commerce for warranty fix that was finished. Nevertheless Television was broken during restoration and operator has declined to remain behind his work. Television was only more than 30 days previous and today has big damage in the centre of Television display (LCD flat-panel) which he needs to become paid to repair. Toshiba has offered no aid, business proprietor is wholly uncommon and difficult to cope with. Television is in his ownership and certainly will stay there when I don't have any use to get a fresh broken item.
