Helio Customer Service is Like Fighting Lines at Midnight Sale (Horrible and Rude)

I have been an helio customer for at least a month and ever since I have received my Mysto (two phones on the account, the other is an Ocean), I have been having problems with it. I have complained numerous times to Technical Support and regular Member specialist but have not got any results. My phone gets very hot to the touch when it is on either its USB cable or the regular battery charger. I have explained this problem to the tech team and was given the response "unless fire comes out of the cellphone there is no need to worry"

The representative than stated that all the Mystos phones in the warehouse were having the same problem so i couldnt get an replacement device and if i wanted to upgrade my phone to different device I would have to pay the regular amount. I really love my phone design but I would rather have the problem fixed so I can appreciate the whole value of it than two hours out of eaach day. It barely charges to its full potential either. I have spoken to supervisors and tech team to resolve thsissue but have not gotten an response but just go buy another battery to put into the phone which i will not be reimburse for. I believe the customer service team along with the technical team and half of the supervisors need to go back and receive intensive training on their products, accessories and how to resolve conflict resolution with its customers nicely instead of stating one thing and doing the very opposite of their words.

I am still waiting on a credit for my other phone because the customer service rep stated one thing and now this month. When I call in, the supervisor does not see my case Id: 080228-003731 in their files or the return of my first phone in their company. The package was picked up via FEDEx so i know if they order the pickup than they can track the phone. Plus all customer service representatives should write casenotes with their title and name but now eveytime I call. Each supervisor is stating that they do not see the information in my file.

And please do not get behind on your bill or have an family emergency. They will turn your phone off the day after the bill is due and it will stay off til they receive their money even if the bill is only $100.00 which i need to receive some kind of compensation for bad service, time left on hold numerous times and the no knowledable or assistance from the tech team and member specialsts.
