Verizon offered a free TV w / the purchase of the Veriszon FIOS package deal. Well, after being on hold for 45 minutes several times - still - no satisfaction. I keep being told a "letter" will arrive w / a code and then I have to wait another 4-6 weeks. No letter, no TV and NO SATISFACTION! @!!!
