I received three phones, Asurion says I sent back the third before I received it and never sent back the first. Apparently, time travel is to blame

Someone see if they can figure this one out.

I have a Sidekick III. I had it replaced by Asurion in September of last year because I lost it at a baseball game. However, Asurion always sends me refurbished phones, and they're really *ty at refurbishing phones, because the phones I get now always break within two months, and I always have to call in for replacements.

I got my first replacement on September 17th, and the replacement was broken. I got another replacement on September 21st - also broken. I called for a third replacement and they asked me to send the first two back and give them the tracking numbers (which I did on the 26th) so that I could receive my next phone on September 27th (which didn't break until November! Woohoo!)

So I call in today because my phone broke again on Thursday, and they're telling me that they can't send me another phone because they still haven't received the phone they sent me on September 17th. Apparently the tracking numbers that I gave them are attached to the phones that I received on the 21st and the 27th.

So, I asked them as calmly as possible (not very calm) how the hell I was able to take the phone I received on September 27th and send it back on September 26th. They said they have no idea, but the tracking number shows that that is the case. I suggested that maybe they recorded the tracking numbers wrong and was met with silence.

So now they're going to give me a call back once they figured out how I managed to master the art of time travel
