2 Defective Phones and Poor Service

I purchased a phone from this company in November. The next day after receiving this phone I sent them an email because the camera and the speaker did not work on the phone. After reading the negative feedback that the customers were leaving and then seeing how they would reply to the email the same day. I decided to send them my 4th and final email stating that I was going to post a neg feedback if I didn't hear from them within 48hrs. They sent me an email within 24hrs giving me their number to call. Finally, almost a month later I had received my replacement and it was refurbished. Their were scratches all over the phone and the screen was blank. I called them back and kept being placed on hold for over 20minutes.

Finally, someone told me to send the phones back and they would credit me back the charges and for me shipping the phones back to them twice. I checked the USPS tracking number and saw that the phone was delivered to them on 1/31/08, so I had called them on 2/2/08 and they stated that they hadn't received the phone yet. After a few days of me calling them they stated that they had the phone and that the charges were being refunded to my paypal account within 48hrs. I waited 48 hrs and no refund. I've been calling for the past 2weeks and they keep telling me that it being refunded that day.

Finally, Today I decided to leave a negative feedback. A few hours later, I actually received a phone call from them acting as if they were trying to resolve the issue. They were actually trying to persuade me to remove my feedback as if it was a mutual agreement. I refused to do anything until I saw the funds in my paypal account. The agent stated that someone may call me back and hung up.

I called LLCelluar and the shipping manager said that somenone had called me to issue a refund but I refused. I told him that I had refused to remove the comment until I saw my money. I am happy that I did because he stated that they were only issuing a refund of 30.00 because it has been over 3mos. The 3mos was because of their negligence not mines and the notes show that I was calling all of the time. Now, I did refuse that because I had spent over 70.00 dealing with this the purchase and shipping of this phone. He as well tried to persuade to remove the comment. Finally, he saw that I wasn't going to do it and I wasn't going to accept 30.00 so he placed me on hold for over 30min until I had hung up and still no refund.
