Consumer Solutions AKA CS Market Enterprises Ebay seller Did not send Item. Had to file claim, Then uses Feedback as black mail

This company is a total rip off. I won and paid for a battery on aug. 15th 07 From Ebay seller; consumersolutions 126268I. Never did recieve it. After many Emails I requested my money back or insurance info. They would not do either.

I finally was able to get my money back by filing a claim with Paypal. I went ahead and left the appropiate feedback for them and in retaliation they gave me a negative and said I never paid.

Now here is where the black mail comes into play.
They sent me an email saying they will remove there neg. If I removed mine.

Please take a look at there feedback and you will see how many others that they have done this too.
Even guys that are leaving a neutral are getting negative from these Ripoffs.

Another scam they have going is they send out stuff that they know doesn't work. So now when you have to send it back you pay all shipping charges and only get refunded 1/2 of the original inflated shipping charge.
That quite a tidy profit for them when you look at there volume.

PLEASE... Do yourself a big favor and take a pass on getting RIPPED OFF.
