Within the Holiday vacations I'd to contact XM to change out a stereo identification. I dropped a stereo, purchased another, and simply changed the id’s. I named XM and informed them the problem. They explained I shouldn’t have authorized for that receivers. I told them they were left on my doorstep and signing wasn’t a choice. After-hours of telephone calls and being hung-up on numerous occasions. I had been ultimately advised to deliver them back to get a return. Advantages selected them up from my home and delivered them back again to the store. Believe my headache has ended... Not too quickly!!! The store not just didn’t reimbursement me for that 4 receivers. They delivered me 4 new receivers to displace them!!! And yes they included them to my bill and so I needed to feel the procedure once again of having them eliminated!!! I had been really informed this period they'd need to cost me a deactivation charge for that receivers I didn’t purchase. Yes a boss also explained that.
