Watch your wallet with dish network cause they already got your bank acct

Months of inconsistant service, channels changing as if a ghost had a second remote, and an ordered DVR that never shwed up we decided to make a change. I am positively appauled at the way we were treated.

After 20 minutes being grilled as to why and where we planned to seek new service were told we would owe them an additional $233.00 if we cancelled because we had an 18 month contract. Not only did we not agree to any term commitments, it has actually been 19 months since starting with dish network. The ammount owed then became $173.00!???

After 30 more minutes arguing the merits of these charges they admitted there was no signed contract, but we had verbally agreed to 18 months. After tiring of the rediculousness (being 19 months anyway) I was told that if we refused to pay they would take the money from our bank account without auhorization anyway.

Im still waiting to see if they access my account or not. My advice to you is never give a debit card no. To these crooks.
