OSP Communications - The Billing Resource Fraud, Phone charge, Scam

Shops, Products, Services

OSP charged $20.20 to my phone bill which is an intercom phone system, not used to make calls outside the building. I did not call the number on the bill.

Later, I called the number they listed on the bill. It had a loud squeal. I believe this may be some type of "trap" to get your number. OSP stated that The Billing Resource was "Our company".

When I called The Billing Resource to yell at them, they stated they were located in the Caribean. When I asked both companies what service they provided, they gave very nebulous, non-specific verbage.

Their charges are likely small enough so as to be overlooked on the bill by most agencies and private persons.
