We have bought tracfones at wal*mart 2525 king avenue west billings, montana paid $ 80.00 for flip phone, tracfone sent a code to phone to de-activate, had over 600 minutes, they gave me half the time left to get the bad phone to check it out, never gave the balance of minutes & would not transfer phone number 9 times this has happened, new phone was bad and they sent me a $ 9.00 phone for a $ 80.00 phone, then they said they would send me a flip phone it took them four try's before i got the right phone & yet again made me change the number after the fake promise i get to keep the only number, they are trained to piss off people and the welcome our business and rape the customer each & every chance they get, they will not refund airtime buy with a credit card & dispute it, call the state public service comm so they will not be able to have new costomers until old ones are made happy
