Fraud sold camcorder that don't work right

I bought a supposedly 12 MP camcorder from them at ebay. When I received it, the remote doesn't work.

The pictures were very blurry, and there is a red flash that goes across the viewer when a picture is shot. It makes the picture red along with being distorted.

The disk doesn't have all the information on it. The User Guide is missing

My 6 MP camera takes 100 times the picture this piece of junk takes.

When I emailed this person, he said it would cost me shipping to send it back plus a $30 restocking fee.

Then he emailed me back and said if I gave him a good feedback on Ebay he would cancel the resocking fee.

I kept the equipment because there is no way I will give him a good feedback.
