I purchased a GPS from clippercutie off ebay just before Christmas last year. About mid January my in-laws pulled it out of the box to use for a trip and could not seem to get it to work. After reading the directions we figured it was not working correctly. It would not got to the map. It had a button that said map but when you pushed it, it would read error and return back to the main screen. I emailed them and they said to send it back and they would fix it. That was fine with me as long as they were going to fix it. They sent it back about 4 weeks later and guess what. Still did not work, in fact it was doing the same thing, I don't think that they even looked at it. So I emailed them again and they said to send it back. I told them this time to just refund me because my wife already bought my in-laws another one and I had already given them a chance. I have not herd from them since. My wife mailed the GPS back to them almost 8 months ago. I have emailed them and EBAY. EBAY says that there is only so much they can do, but did give me a number for the local police. It has been over a month now and I have not herd from Clippercutie or ebay about my complaint. I have repetitively called clippercutie and at first was not upset but then after the third or forth call I started getting upset. I still have not herd from them and I have about 200 dollars invested in this. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company, there are a crooked company looking to steel money from anyone.
I will get my money back and will never let this go. See you soon clippercutie!
