Took my $ and never shipped the goods - Won't answer phone calls, Phonr is always busy!

I ordered my iPhone accessoies on 12-26-07 with a Visa, and have been waiting for the shipment since! Weeks later an email came saying the goods had been shipped with a blank space in the tracking number area and no mention of which carrier was used.
Nothing has arrived to this date... And company won't answer the phone... My Visa company is going after them!
*My friend who also bought product that same day from them, via PayPal, said the payment transaction on the PayPal account showed the company withdrew funds under a different, "KEYWEI, INC".
He has yet to recieve his products too-
