Ripoff dismal & onesided complaint process

After filing my first complaint against an internet company that fraudulanatly took my money... I am now filing a 2nd complaint against Paypal for the absolutely dismal and frustrating complaint process.

1. Filed inital complaint against internet company.

2.internet company's response was package was shipped and that Paypal was still investigating.

3. Like an idiot I tried to ask Paypal for the tracking number. Because there is NO WAY TO ADD ADDITIOINAL INFORMATION OR TO CORRESPOND with Paypal I e-mailed them a one sentence e-mail (thats all they give you room for). No answer.

4. E-mailed Paypal a 2nd time - no answer. They are just as bad as the fraudulant internet company I got ripped off from.

Finialy got response that they are not liable for intangible goods and cannot do anything. My thought was... How can a package that was shipped be intangable.

A bitter e-mail to paypal's complaint department resulted in a form letter which absolved them. I never did get a tracking number.
