Tonight, I purchased two electronic items from our local Gurnee Best Buy. The first item a PC cooling pad, in a sealed plastic (CUT OPEN ONLY) package revealed a mssing rubber foot when cardboard insert was removed, The second item, a Fly Fusion Pen set was also in a sealed (by a clear tape) box. It revealed a pen with the plastic protection cover already removed, and the proprietary writing paper pad was missing pages (unknown how many), but the top page inside had writing impressions all over it!
Someone had purchased this item and used it, then returned it repleat with the left over paper and Best Buy repackaged it, sealed it and resold it as if it were new to me!!! Now #$%^&*, I have to repackage it and spend my TIME AND MONEY to return the damn thing!!! I'm no child and I can say this isn't the first tiem I've been burned by this same Best Buy! I guess I just need to learn my lesson.
