Hdaccessory phone alwayd busy during their supposed business hours. No response to emails, never received order

This company may be fraudulent, and I would not order anything from them. I placed an ofder almost two weeks ago, which I have yet to receive. I live in Arizona, which is only one state away, and should have gotten my order by now.

I have sent several e-mails, and have received zero responses. I have also called approx. 7-8 times, and their phone is always busy during "supposed" hours of operation.
