THey billed me and i NEVER recevied my item EVER AND STILL HAVE AFTER 100 e-mails and sail mail letters

Hdaccessory.com charged my credit card and never delivered my order! I tried to call them only to find that they had changed their number. The new number was always busy or no one answered. I sent several emails and got no response.

Finally, I searched 'hdaccessory' and I found this site (usacomplaints.com), and apparently, this company has done this to lots of people. I don't know if they are really in California or not. That's what their site says. I later went back and read their legal information page. If you scroll to the bottom there is a disclaimer with all kinds of jibber jabber about how you use the site at your own risk and they aren't responsible for anything. I found it amusing. I am reporting them to my card company, but I'm not sure what else I can do. I don't know why they are still in business intead of in jail.
