I'm writing to bring your attention to a problem I've had with staff attitude/knowledge with one of your products. I hope Best Buy will address this problem to my satisfaction. This concerns a retailer located at best buy stone mountain 78, georgia, 504 i believe. This incident has left me extremely angry.

Here's my problem: Nightmare! A car jukebox was purchased from best buy as a gift to me. I paid to have it installed by best buy. The jukebox had poor sound quality and i was informed i needed to buy a sony head unit in order for the jukebox to perform well. I called technical support on the jukebox and they informed me this was wrong and all i had to do was buy an adapter, fine. I had a friend come to best buy so i could switch head units with him. The head unit was working before they removed the unit from his car.in the process of installing the unit in my car the employee asked for me to come by the car so i could find the remote. Then the fun began

I The unit began smoking while it was in the dash, his co worker quickly ushered me behind the ropes as soon as he saw this happening. Puzzled I sat in the waiting room an hour later he pulls my car out hands me the head unit and says just take this to a electronic shop the back piece is not working.

I took this unit to a "professional installer" and they informed me he burnt out the audio outputs either by not grounding the unit etc. So i went back to the store and talked to the floor manager, this idiot told me the other car had wires coming out of it when they de-installed it. It worked then but if there was a problem why touch the unit, or at least test it.

I finnaly talked to the gm David silber he agreed to fix the unit, 2 weeks later the unit is still not fixed, but behold I go to the store to pick it up the gm cries, you lied to me you never called customer service and you tried to buy the jukebox with an employee discount, no david the jukebox was a gift, and your installers had trouble installing the unit.

How do you think I got your name!? Out of a hat? Dumbfounded the gm of best told me to come back another day. P.S. If I wanted to take the chance of my unit burning out i would have had one of my friends install instead I had you guys" professionally" install it. Good job
