Bad cell phones and overly charged bills

Uscc is one of the worse companies to deal with. I have 4 cell phones through them. Each month my bill has to be readjusted because they either take a function off or charge me for things i dont use on the cells. I have had everything taken off of them but unlimited texting and nights and weekends. I have no easyedge. They try and sneak easyedge charges in there every month on the bill. They said starting on my new billing cycle that i can pay 19.95 for all 4 cell phones for unlimited texting, which now i am paying 14.95 for each one. Well called 411 and my bill is 2800.00. They took off all my unlimited texting and billed me for all the textes that had been sent. I called 611 again and advised them that the bill was wrong. The very nice lady on the other end said there was nothing she could do for me with it being the holiday. Ok, I can understand that and will go along with that. Well on Monday 12/23/07 my bill per 611 was 232.00. So it was already readjusted. But the first few months I paid nearly 300,400, 500 for those months and I knew they werent right either. But they wouldnt look into it. I have to call just about every few days and make sure they have left unlimited texting on and my free nights and weekends if not I will get another high bill. Everyone of my cell phones has had problems withint the first 30 days. You take them into the store and they take it behind their closed curtain and come out moments later stating that its fixed or either there is nothing wrong with it. After the 30 days thats when they find things wrong with it. Their first words are INSURANCE. Pay 50 dollars and get a used cell phone that someone else has already had problems with. The staff is very unpleasant to deal with and to get any information out of. I have the bills for all the months that I have had my cells and they will be shown when asked.
They have all my complaints on their computer because they make comments about them when I do call in. Paying high dollars for cells that dont work.
