Applied for a rebate for a tivo box. They denied it saying that the purchase was outside the qualifying period. Yet, you can still access the rebate on their website saying that the qualifying period is from April 12 to December 31. The purchase was on November 14. I dont know how they figure that that is outside the qualifying period!
