Denied Rebate and Lied that Product was made outside of the qualifying period

I purchased a Kensington Laptop Messenger bag from Buy.com and paid with Google Checkout on October 27. After receiving my item, I quickly printed the rebate form; completed it, along with the Buy.com receipt and the Google Checkout receipt and the product UCP code and mailed it to the Kensington rebate address.
I was checked my rebate status online after a few weeks through the site https: web-rebates.com/kensington / and found my rebate to have errors on it. It says "Error (s): Purchase was made outside of the qualifying period" But that's totally not true, I bought my item on October 27 and the offer range date was 10/23 - 10/29 (Last Postmark: 11/29).
I had my rebate (with everything completed) sent out no later than November 5th. Received a postcard in the mail that says "We appreciate your purchase, but your submission for the Kensington rebate offer was declined for the following reason (s): *Purchase was made outside of the qualifying period." Is this a new way for Kensington to deny rebates? Making up lies?
