Circuit City's deceptive advertising

Circuit City offered a free wireless controller for Playstation 3 in the days following Thanksgiving if ordering online. I did not receive the free controller, and when I followed up with many, many phone calls and long waits on the phone, and multiple people to talk with, finally a "supervisor" informed me that the wireless controllers were "sold out" when I placed my order, and I would not be getting one at all. This is an example of deceptive advertising, bait-and-switch techniques, and I would advise people to never shop at Circuit City. They lie.
