When I signed up for service on Nov, 28th i was given one account #, but after I had made a payment on Nov, 30th, Dec 03 I was told those payments went to an old account I had w Sprint. The same goes for my deposit, I called Sprint over 30 times and everytime I talked to a Customer service rep they all told me a differant answer. The bottom line is that they still don't have it all worked out. I have been given alot of "credits" on my account, ONLY to keep me as a customer.
