Bought a Samsung dvd player in less than a year the dvd player refuse to load up and play. It was still under manufacturers warranty but not labor warranty now if this certain product was older than a year or two i could see paying for the labor in which to fix this but less than a year product fails it's a dud and i should not have to pay for that. I will never buy another Samsung product again i do not recommend their products to anybody also i have had a Toshiba dvd player for 4 years and never had a problem yet. Samsung rating 0.5 star from me
