Phone Headache

I signed up for a contract a year ago and got the nokia 6133 phone. Almost a year later the phone just blacks out on the main screen but everything else works fine. Then I call and they tell me i will get a new phone for the shipping costs so i say great. About a week after that My new phone keeps shutting off. So i call and explain and they tell me i pay shipping again and i get another one. Well a week goes by still no phone so i call back up and they say no one ordered you one but they will send one now. So that phone finally shows up meanwhile my life is all haywire seeing as how i now depend on a cellphone so much only to find the phone's speaker is awful and blaring a piercing noise. So i call and they tell me the phones i have been receiving are used! No wonder. So now i can pay again to try again and again and again. They say the store can't help me. What is one to do?
