Store 3311 Department Manager Irene And Store Manage

Purchased a camera from a different store as a gift. Went to return it the same day and was unopened sitting in my car the whole time i was at work. Wife decided she wanted a different one so went to a more closer located store and department manager (irene) opened by breaking the seal. Person (irene) opening stated unable to do return and go to store where purchased. Called store where purchased and without informing me, irene at store 3311 noted the account for no returning. Now they are saying the box was opened from the bottom and taped back up. Told corporate to pull the video tape to see proof that she had broken the seal and even asked for assistance from another employee to help open. Also all items were given back to me, and I have proof that the box wasnt even taped on the bottom. I want justice!!!
