Xium
Direct 16 Month wait for refund

I ordered the Xium Air "Dish Type" Antennae and installed it following their ambiguous directions. I tried to get it working many, many times. I didn't get a better picture, I didn't get a poor picture—I got NO picture.

I called the company and received a return authorization number. It turns out to be the last and only time I was successful in contacting the company. All others calls received a "all of our representatives are currently helping others—please leave you name and number". Never to hear from them. I carefully packed and returned the antennae—and again didn't hear from them.

I'm out $144.95 along with what seems to be countless others on a sham product.
