This company offers Albanian TV over the internet, but you have to buy their box with monthly, six month, or one year payments. None of the channels work well, it freezes, and more than half of the channels do not work at all. On September 10 I paid $480.95 for the box and six months of programming. Since the first day, I've been calling them because the channels have not been working and asking what has been going on? They said it's a work in progress. It's been over two months, and it's getting worse; i cannot watch anything. So I need my money back. They said that I already paid for the program, and it's still a work in progress.

Please help me get my money back, I got ripped off.
