This company wouldn't stand behind their warranty or extended warranty

I purchased my Avion LTV320 from shopnbc.com for said amount of 1200.00 and puchased the extended warranty for an additional 249.00 and within 30 days of purchase the television quits working. I emailed about this problem and recieved a reply that someone would be contacting me in regards to getting this problem rectified to to this day have never received any more replies back.

Now that 1.5 years have gone by and about 50 emails, no-one seems to want to help or even acknowledge that I even exist. They reply that they dont have any record of my emails and will get back to me, but this happens every time. I gave up untill I just found this website about ripoffs and maybe they can help.

Since The beginning of this whole fiasco I have since had the Television repaired and had to pay for this out of my pocket, but the warranty was supposed to cover this but no response. This company (SHOPNBC.com) is a big ripoff
