AT&T
Sent me to Coollections without sending a bill Twice

Electronics and household app.

I cancelled my lines with AT&T due to poor customer service and instead of sending me two bills they sent me straight to collections.
It is impossible to get someone on the phone as my service is changed and I won't pay until I get a bill but once again poor customer service from them and my credit gets hit.
