Scammed

I ordered an Ipod nano from their website and paid through Google and never received the merchandise. I contacted them several times and would get the run around. On my last attempt to contact them they had turned their phone off, their website was shut down and the email was not working. So basically I was scammed but on top of that since they had my account information they charged 3 transitions to my account before I could close it. I am now trying to dispute these transactions and not sure if these disputes will be approved.
