Miscellaneous

Purchased a pair of The North Face Alycia boots for AUS$60.74. Never received a confirmation email, tried to contact them via their "contact us" link. Did a quick google search on reviews for the website and found this page. Cant believe I got scammed! Feel so stupid! I just called PayPal and they have opened a dispute and requested the seller to provide tracking information within 10 days if nothing is received I will be refunded on the 11th day. If they provide proof the package has been shipped and I receive this SPONGE I call PayPal back and they will change the dispute status from "not received" to "not as described" and again will receive my money back. I asked why the account has not been shut down and was told that they have to receive a certain number of complaints first - I then asked if it was possible for them to keep opening accounts and was told yes. I explained how the website seems to be consistent (obviously) however the contact email and sellers name is not. She is requesting an investigation. I think anyone who has been scammed by this womansfashionstore.com should call and let PayPal know exactly that - they seem to have found a loophole in continuing to take advantage of the security of PayPal and peoples trust in it. They need to know its an ongoing scam related to this website/company setup. Perhaps then the website can be shut down and the (Inappropriate Content Removed) that are ripping people off all over the world can be prosecuted!!
