Claims this wonderful service to parents to be able to control they're childrens cell phone use

Electronics and household app.

I am disputing these charges because I have not been satisfied with my service with Disney Mobile since I started this phone service, back in September. I chose Disney mobile carefully, I chose this company for 2 reasons. #1 reason the gps tracking and #2 the ability to restrict the usage of the phone.

According to your advertisement you state that parents can control and restrict usage to specific hours, which also includes text messaging and downloads. Also, according to the website, parents can decide which numbers are allowed even if phone is restricted, and which phone numbers where entered to the restricted at all times. As a parent this could be the greatest service out there now. But, unfortunately for this family it has been nothing but a nightmare. I have had so much trouble with phones not being programmed correctly, which was causing minutes being accumulated when the phone was not even turned on.

I had to call Disney Mobile to find out how many minutes where being used because the website was also not showing the correct usage, which in turn cost me an overage of $23.16 for calls not being made to or from my phone.

Finally, Disney decided to replace the handsets. I was told that they would turn this case over to the finance department to try and get us a refund on the $23.16. Of course, the problem was not solved. After hours and hours of phone time and days and days of calling, promises that someone would call us back with a solution in an appropriate amount of time, fore which no one called back. We were always told to wait for 24 hours for the software to update and that someone would contact us.

I have the phones restricted Monday thru Thursday and Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9pm to9am. But my daughter was able to send and receive calls during the restricted times. I also had one number totally restricted from her phone but she was still sending and receiving calls to and from this number. I also had ring tone download charges that were not downloaded to the Phone. I called about those charges. The cast member said they would take care of the overage, but I see they are still on my bill. I feel so disappointed and cheated.

This had caused me much anguish. I feel that your company did not do well by me. I had been so patient, more patient than most clients. I feel I earned the right to terminate this contract early, they did not provide the service as advertised. I feel I should not have to pay the early termination fees. Also, when I tried to transfer one of my phone numbers your company would not let the number go for over 7 days.

Disney called me many times to cancel my account, but Disney wouldnt release the phone number. My new service provider had to contact your company just to get the number released. So I was paying for 2 phone services but had no service on either phone.

I feel that Disney should be paying me my time and all the trouble and headaches this company has caused me in this situation.

We were considering another Disney World Vacation this year, but now have decided that it would not be in our best interest to give Disney any more of our hard earned money. How could Disney put their name and reputation on such a poor service.
