Adware. Guaranteed but no refund came. No response California internet

I had been infected with a virus and had a system crash. I had to run a complete new setup losing all kinds of data. When I was back up and running I got a pop-up that claimed I must go to this website and purchase the software becouse my registry was "corrupted". Later when my virus, spyware software was re-installed it identified the software as adware and deleted it. I re-loaded it but it keeps getting removed. I went to the website were they have a place to access "support" including refunds. Five trys and no respose. Im out 39$ and the fact is they prey on those of us performing sytem repairs and going through a bad situation. They need to be stopped.
