Rip Off!

Brought v2Premier desk top 3 years ago. No system discs. Had to return immediately due to malfunction. They replaced it with major hassle. Never really used it, brought it in desperation for school, because my Dell hardrive crashed and waited 6 weeks for that repair!!! Needless to say I also failed the class because I could not get my papers in on time! Yet another $4000.00 to repeat the class.

I finally received my replacement tower, no system discs. I was told they were internal! Now I need to use it as my Dell is no longer useable. I always had it hooked up and ran it every so often just for maintenance. Now when I need it, No physical discs, I tried to install the word program, and it asks for product key code, there is none! There is no label on the tower!

I also am trying to run a game that requires Directx9. Apparently it is installed on the computer as i ran DXDIAG. It says Directx9c is installed, although i can't find it. However, after 3 days of trying to fix this problem, called viscom, no help whatsoever, no warranty. I e-mailed viscom tech support, no reply! I now find out the video display driver does not support API directx9. It only supports DDI. How can they install drivers that don't support their directx?

I looked over and over for updates to the driver, can't find any. Can't use games, had to install older version of office, since I did have the product key for my older version. What will happen if my computer crashes, how do i install the system? There is no product key label on the tower!!!

May I add that I am still paying for this hunk of junk!!!
What do I do??? Please help!!!
