Did not unlock my cell phone, but lied and said they did. Ripoff

This company advertised they would unlock my T-Mobile cell phone for $6.99. We paid through Paypal, and they never sent us a code. After we inquired about it, they said they had sent it to us already. When we said we had not recieved it, they said we needed to give our info again, so we did. They then replied that they could not unlock our phone. This means that they lied in the first place about having already sent us the code.

We asked for a refund, but they did not reply. We then filed a complaint with paypal, but nothing came of that. We then escelated it to a claim through paypal, but neither paypal nor wirelessunlocking.com seem to be even dealing with this - i haven't heard from either of them.

Please do not deal with this company. They lied to us and are now not refunding our payment of a total of $7.64. I can only think this is what they must do to many people.
