Sold me a $11,200.00 dollar laser in January and they will not give me support or repair this machine. August 3th and machine still not working. This company will take your money and give no support

This company sells machines and dosen't give any service or repairs. When I email them they said that my emails were put in the junk mail by mistake. When I told them I was going to report them to the Australia goverment the answered my email. I had to find another company in China who are helping me get my machinie up and running. When I ask for help from them they tell me to wait and the company from China will do somethiing.

I have asked for my money back and I will repackage the machine so they can pick it up. They will not refund my money. They want me to spend more money and send it back to them to look at after 7 months. They will have the machine and my money. Not going to happen.
