Beware of this Builder and this group... Howard Kirk, Courtney Kirk, Greg Dillon. Howard has now joined forces with Dillon Custom Homes and of course that is not noted anywhere on their website. It looks like he has been working side by side with Greg Dillon for over a year now.

Greg Dillon was an employee of Howard when Dimension Builders was in business. We are sure he has learned all of Howard's illegal and improper ways of doing business by now.

Howard Kirk is notorious for not paying his Vendors and Subs who then file Liens on your home that you are responsible for. This is money out of your pocket eventhough Howard / Dillon were already paid to begin with.

Our personal experience with Howard Kirk has been a life changing event. He cost us thousands of dollars and also cost many others thousands as well. He always talked about staying in Budget, but then gave us so many Change Orders that we felt were unwarranted.

Howard Kirk was the owner of Dimension Builders and left many of us with Liens filed on our homes that he didn't even finish. He is a crook and continues to work in the Building Industry. He shouldn't even show his face in the area.

Dillon Custom Homes has a home in the Parade of Homes (October 20th - November 4th) / HBA Tour of Homes that is starting this weekend (May 11th-13th). I would make it a point NOT to stop by and avoid these guys. We believe their home is located in either Crystal Fall in Leander or somewhere in Steiner Ranch. Crooks at their finest in Williamson, Hays, and Travis county.

Again - A Concerned Homeowner - screwed over by Howard Kirk.
