Defective products

I bought a DVD recorder on e-bay that was made by this company. It broke after a month and it was impossible to contact them. I eventually was referred to some repair service in NJ and the guy there said they just don't have the parts to fix their own products.

Eventually I reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Scottsdale and I got a refund check in a month or so.

So if this happens to you, skip steps 1 and 2 and just report them to the BBB
