Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered a v2premier desktop unit from shop nbc shopping network almost one year ago.

The system worked for approximately 2 days. Something blew and when i called i asked for a return shipping label which never arrived. I called and called to no avail.

Then low and behold it was past the 30 day mark in which items could be returned.

I then realized that there was no way i could return this $2000 system that i had purchased and which worked for 48 hours.

I called the technicians and they sent someone out to my home to change the motherboard. The computer seemed to be working until i tried to print something.

The printer would not work at all. I called and called technician after technician and still after months i was nowhere.

Each time i called, a new low-level technician would have me refresh my pc and do all of these things to try and find out why i had the problem. This took about 60 minutes but that was after waiting on hold for 40 to 60 minutes. I did this for about 8 months until i threatened them.

It seems that these low-level techs answere to no one. I finally got in touch w/a high-level technician, Big Jim, who was able to assess the situation and realized that the motherboard they installed when i first had trouble was the reason for my problem.

He had a new motherboard installed two weeks ago and now it seems to be working.

But here's the kicker, I was not able to use any other component or software for the pc because each time i spoke to a tech i had to refresh the computer making it an exercise in futility to download anything when i would be erasing it the very next time i called.

Now, here i am a year later and my tech support is about to expire. I will be forced to pay $250 to renew my support. I think it's outrageous that I got the runaround for almost a year. It infringed on my time, family and money.

I am outraged and furious.

Someone needs to take care of this so that someone else does not experience the same nightmare as myself.
