Ripoff EXTREME charges for cancellation fees that are UNAFFORDABLE

T-mobile reception has been utterly terrible at times. Just the other day I spent a night on my college campus and had to call my mother. There were no other phones in reach and my t-mobile cell phone had no reception. God forbid there had been an emergency no one would have known. I also can't even get reception in my own house. Furthermore, the insurance costs are way too expensive along with the deductibles they have been charging me. Now to cancel the plan they have charged me $200 PER phone line. There are FOUR phone lines; $800 is way too much to pay just to cancel a plan that my family and me just CAN'T afford anymore. I have college tuition fees and other costs as well and chaning the cell phone plan is a necessity especially with cheaper insurance and deductible fees. T-MOBILE is simply one huge rip-off and charging rediculous amounts of money to cancel ONE phone plan that contains four lines. If there is a NEED for all these cell phone companies to have a cancellation fee then by all means okay, however not charge rediculous amounts of money for these cancellations. Most of the time people need to cancel the plans because they can't pay all these large amounts of money any longer. If that's the case then how in the world would they be able to pay such large amounts of money to cancel the plan. It's just completely rediculous.
