William Stern, billy Flash Electronics He ripped me off for purchase of consumner Electronics computers Ripoff

I agreed to make a purchse from him as a deposit for inventory of 10 Sony Vaio Laptops. And we signed a dropshipper agreement for him to fulfill orders to my clients for the purchase of Sony Vaio laptops. He claims that he had a family member that worked for Sony. I gave him a deposit of $7000.00. He demamded to be paid by Western Union. Because he would not give out bank info for bank wire, says he was ripped off before when he gave someone his bank account info. He says that he shipped the cpmputers to me the first time and gave me Bogus tracking numbers for Ups. Then he claims that he had a death in the family and needed to make a fast trip to Florida for his mother in-laws funeral, and while being in Florida he and his wife conviently got in to a major car accident. He avoided all my calls/emails until a filed a police report and sent the info by text message. Then he poped up out of now where again. Said he would just refund me by bank check, which I never recieved or correct my orders. He contacted me when he returned to New york and sent me invoices and tracking numbers to to fed ex this time, which where also bogus, never recieved anything. Says not sure what happened but would just send out bank check again, which I never recieved (twice now) JuxsaqS this past week he said he was coming to Florida to visit with the Lawyers involved in his car accident and would pay me in person at the bank. We set up a meeting twice which he never showed up. He stats that he was pulled over and got a few tickets through a text messages then I never heard back for him again, wONT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS NOW. Please be aware he is a very clever scammer! Always full of one excuse after another!!
