William stern, bill stern ripped me off in the amount of $914 for a jean purchase i made from him

Please be aware that bill stern will ripp you off if you attempt to make a purchase from him. I made the mistake of attempting to make a purchase from him and follishly (yes, i realize this was extremely stupid on my part, but it's an expensive learning lesson!) sent a western union payment in the amount of $914 for 10 pairs of seven for all mankind crystal a pocket jeans. He then proceeded to not provide me with a tracking number for the purchase. After calling repeatedly, he then e-mailed me saying that he had a death in the family and that was why he was unable to send the item. Then the package had "busted open" while in transit and sent back to him. Then ups apparently "lost" the package. Then once they "found" the package, he had a tracking number for me of j1937524216 that surprisingly enough was never attached to a package.

In speaking with ups they informed me that there never was a package attached to this tracking number - imagine that! Then he promised a refund, but wanted me to sign a bogus refund agreement prior to issuing it. Now, surprisingly enough, he is not answering e-mails and his cell phone is "no longer accepting calls at this time" please be warned and do not make the same mistake that i did.
